About Us
Cancellations Policy: Refunds only provided if written cancellation sent more than 120 days prior to check in. Cancellations within 120 days of arrival will receive no refund.
Extra Fees and Damages: Damages and excess cleaning to be paid for at cost. All events will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee in addttion to use fees. BBQ use that goes uncleaned will incur $100 cleaning fee. Any furniture, cutlery, crockery or other items must be returned to their original place, if moved during stay.
Pets: Small pets can be considered on a case by case basis and will incur a $300 pet fee.
Noise: No music played from anything beyond a small hand held portable speaker (See example photos of speakers permitted and not permitted). No outdoor music played on anything other than a small hand held portable speaker and only until 9pm outside, then the music needs to move inside. No parties with additional guests joining without explicit prior approval
Refundable Security Bond: $1500 refundable security bond to be paid when paying the balance of the booking and will be returned in full, provided no damages, within 7 days of departure.
